I cover the Bromley, Croydon some of Sutton and SE25 area.
Below are some examples of jobs i can do:-
Plumbing – Leaking/dripping taps, replacing taps, toilet not flushing, over flow problems with cistern/cold water tank, replacing ball valves, float valves, installing washing machines/dishwashers, new sinks/basins, water softeners, immersions to hot water cylinders, replace/add radiators etc.
Flat Pack - All types of flat pack I can assemble, dismantle repair, modify, and relocate. I have experience in Top end furniture like Hulsta, Now Hulsta, Ligne-Roset, Grange etc.
Carpentry - hang interior doors, fit locks, plane doors, replace broken glass to windows and doors and make made to measure items out of wood, put up shelf’s, Dado and picture rails, Laminate Flooring etc.
Electrical - Replace light switches, pendants, wall sockets, install new light fittings door bells telephone extensions.
Painting and Decorating - Prepare and paint interior walls ceilings and woodwork, line walls
Install blinds, curtains, hand rails, wall mounting TV's (plasma, LED, LCD)
This is just some of the work I do, I can basically do almost anything in the house that needs attention or improvements if you are not sure please ask as if can’t do it I may be able to recommend you to someone who can or advise you.
I try to give a fixed price before I start any work or agree on a day rate depending on the type of work involved.
When I say no job is too small I really do mean it.
